RISE Graduate Studies

The program objectives of the MS Degree program are to:

  1. Increase the number of undergraduate and MS level graduate students who are academically successful in the sciences;
  2. Increase undergraduate and MS level graduate students’ skills, preparation and commitment to conduct research; and
  3. Improve individualized undergraduate and graduate students’ competitiveness for entering and completing PhD level programs in the biomedical/behavioral Sciences.

Eligibility:

  • US Citizen or Permanent resident
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Acceptance into biomedical related Masters Program
  • Intention to obtain a Ph.D. in one of the biomedical sciences
